Jeff Rea
President and CEO
Jeff Rea joined Stock Building Supply in 2010 as president and CEO. He most recently served as president of the specialty products group at Tyco Electronics, which was comprised of four separate global businesses. Prior to joining Tyco Electronics, he was a senior executive at Johns Manville, a global manufacturer of highly engineered materials and building products. During his tenure there, he rose from the position of vice president and general manager of its building insulation business to senior vice president of its buildings products group, which included the building insulation, performance materials and roofing systems businesses. Before joining Johns Manville, he served 15 years in various leadership roles at General Electric, including five years with its corporate audit staff. Jeff has a degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Jim Major
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jim Major assumed his current role in 2005, and is responsible for finance, credit and IT activities at Stock Building Supply. Jim has substantial expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting, tax planning and compliance. He is also experienced in multiple types of transactions, including acquisitions and real estate. Jim joined Stock in 1998 as assistant controller. Prior to that, he was an audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Originally a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jim graduated from Wake Forest University in 1993. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has attended management programs at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Bryan Yeazel
Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel
Bryan Yeazel manages key administrative functions including legal, human resources, marketing, health and safety and integrated supply chain (sourcing, replenishment, product management and operational improvement). Bryan joined Stock in 2005. Prior to that, he was with Hunton & Williams LLP in its global capital markets / mergers and acquisitions practice group where he represented clients in the U.S. and Europe on mergers and acquisitions, commercial issues and corporate finance. Prior to law school, Bryan was with Capital One Financial in Richmond, Virginia. Bryan is licensed to practice law in Virginia and North Carolina. He holds an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and law degree from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, he attended executive education programs at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland and Harvard Business School. Bryan is a native of southern California.
